In land transfer, land transfer fee is 400-500 kg wheat at market price discounted, national agricultural subsidies is still owned by farmers, farmers transfer into farm workers or seasonal farmers, farmers land net income and wage income achieve a doubling; "company + base + farmers", "company + cooperation Organization + farmers" and other models are adopted in contract farming and co-operation. Linghua purchases agricultural products 10% higher than the market price, the stable relationship between purchase and sales enables farmers increase their income by 400 – 500 Yuan per mu.
